You are a Vasseti Zavarco shareholder you have rights.......

It's important to grasp that as a shareholder you have an irrevocable right to current accurate information and news from a public floated company that you are investing in or intend on investing in. This is a fact....

Let's start with their main website, Vasseti.co.uk.

I will break my website review up into daily blog posts to allow readers to digest all the information I post on a day by day basis.

Starting with the main home page, you are greeted with the groups themed colour, ubiquitous orange. Nearly all their associated companies of the Vasseti group have orange as their themed colour, except Zavarco the new name for Vasseti which has dropped any link to colour orange completely. What's the reason ?

The Vasseti site feels and appears as if it has been completely abandoned, the site is completely out of date and last year's 2014 AGM awareness banner still dresses the top right corner of the home page..... Professional ??

Personally, my biggest issue here resides with the fact that the website homepage mentions nothing of the name change to Zavarco neither does it offer any links to the new site or any automated diversion taking you to the new Zavarco website.... Why ?

You would think that a company floated on the Frankfurt stock exchange and making claims to becoming a leading telecommunications provider from Singapore to Calcutta would be diligent and precise in updating their news feed so that the public and their long suffering loyal shareholders can make informed positive decisions on whether or not to buy, hold or sell their stock. Not the case, their last news feed update which is presented to us in the most illegible of formats, shows us that the last press release was issued on the 13th of May 2013 !!!

Continuing with their last press release it states that they are "poised" to deliver the "VSAN" network up to and including  Kunming in China by the end of the 2013....!!

What happened ?
Is it finished ?
Have they given up ?
What's going on ?
WHERE ARE THE UPDATES ?????

Summary:
What an absolutely atrocious start to any public company's website and it really does in my opinion demonstrate their despicable lack of care and attention to their shareholders who grasp for information and hope that "all is okay" as they are presented with this sorry excuse for a website.

Vasseti / Zavarco has a duty of care to its shareholders, employees and the public to provide accurate and current information.

DEFINITION of 'Investor Relations - IR'

"A department, present in most medium to large public companies, that provides investors with an accurate account of the company's affairs. This helps investors to make informed buy or sell decisions" taken from Investopedia.com

So what's wrong Vasseti / Zavarco why won't you answer my questions ?

Continue below with a cut & paste from an email sent to me from Bala S Maniam at Zavarco Investor Relations department on the 17th of November 2014.

"We believe there are things the management could work with concerned shareholders for the betterment of the company."

If that's the case then why will you not engage with me and answer my questions ?

You FAILED .......again !!!

The 31st has come and went and the board of Vasseti / Zavarco have failed again to deliver the 2nd half interim report as stated on the their financial calendar......

Am I surprised..........no !!!

We are either dealing with idiots or fraudsters....we will uncover the truth.

Short update.......

Quick update, zero communication from IR or the Board of Zavarco / Vasseti.

I see no point in continuing to review the Vasseti websites as it is clear they have been dumped..... Why ?  Is anybody's guess.

No sign of the 2nd half interim report yet....so we will watch this space.

Vasseti Zavarco Interim Report due will we get it ????

Interim Report day tomorrow at Zavarco (the new name for Vasseti).
According to their "Financial Calendar" they are due to publish tomorrow.
Let's see if the new management can be diligent as the previous imbeciles....sorry... management could not have cared any less and completely missed delivering the last two 2nd half yearly reports....

Vasseti Zavarco Annual Report countdown.......will we get it ? Who knows.....

I was passed this information today, the Zavarco (the new name for Vasseti) website has had a very recent update and it now displays a count down to the release of their audited accounts for Zavarco / Vasseti on the 25th of June 2015.

I must make it clear that although this would suggest the site is being updated and they intend on releasing their financials, I still strongly urge shareholders to consider the seriousness of the recent rise of red flags and the fact that Investor Relations and the Board refuse to engage with me must be taken as a significant warning sign that "all is not okay".

Vasseti Zavarco Investor Relations refuse to reply again.....

I have had no response from the Board or Investor Relations at Vasseti / Zavarco. This is hardly surprising to me now and it does raise further red flags that the shareholders need to take action against now.
