We were about to publish more details of all the advisers involved with the listing of Aries Telecoms PLC, but the page has mysteriously been taken offline !!

Here we have Aries Telecoms PLC with its offer details on the London Stock Exchange website !!

Expected first day of trading on the 10th of July 2015 !!  They've just finished fucking over the last lot of shareholders only 28 days ago and now they are trying it again in plain view of everyone....it defies belief......

Aries Telecoms Ltd.........where is the PLC ???

We searched the JFSC Company Register and we cannot find Aries Telecoms PLC.....just Aries Telecoms Ltd, registered as a private company ??

Did they forget to register it as a PLC ??

Zavarco PLC AGM and the GM postponed again......

OK, shareholders.....here we have a notice in the The Gazette from the UK.

First off the line, a GM was to be held on the 19th of May 2015 in the UK. It has now been postponed until the 31st of July 2015.  We had originally assumed that this was to be the AGM, we have been informed that this is not the case and it is to be a meeting of the shareholders of Zavarco PLC, to apparently eject the board. On a personal note I believe this to be still part of the illusion but we will wait and see....as I have said before I am more than happy to be proved wrong !!

Zavarco PLC AGM in KL has been postponed until the 14th of August 2015. Let's actually see if any of the current Board of Directors will still be around then, my gut tells me they will have ran for the hills.......

Today we wrote to Aries Telecoms PLC, we wanted to get comment from them on this latest move by them to be listed on the London AIM.

We wrote to two email addresses, that appear on both of their websites........

Let see how long it takes for the listing adviser (Strand Hanson) and their broker (Mirabaud securities llp) to actually wake up.........

Zulizman Zainal Abidin - He currently holds beneficial interest in Aries. Which in fraud code simply means, he holds all the chosen shareholders shares from the previous company, Vasseti Zavarco PLC. 

Time to write to the brokers and their listing advisers and see if they have done the correct due diligence on this fraud company.......

Ladies & Gentlemen let me introduce the Virgin Gold Mining Scam......it's a cracker......

The Virgin Gold Mining Corporation to put it simply is just another gut wrenching scam. These assholes use high profile figures as decoration to give the scam its realism and credibility. The scammers then take their company and hit the investor world with their "bling bling f**k me you really want to invest in this" roadshow. The company balance sheet is filled with alleged high value assets that are normally very hard for the investor to actually see and touch and verify. All this comes with a promise that you can unlock your glorious gains from your investment when the company is floated on a stock exchange. 

That kind of sounds familiar.......

But you never ever get to unlock those gains or your original investment. These cum swallowers run straight out the backdoor extracting the honest shareholders money for themselves and then after sometime has passed it's over to the delist from the exchange story and then shut down of the whole company/scam and move on to the next one leaving you and every one else up the proverbial creek without as so much as a match stick........

This is my 2nd introduction to Bryan Leonard Cook, who appears to be gaining notoriety for these types of scams and is currently on trial in Germany for stock fraud......

NOTE: Bryan Leonard Cook was also the adviser to Questus Global Capital Markets Ltd
