With only 3 working days left until the Vertu Capital AGM, which is on the 23rd of May in KL and the powers at be have decided to at last release their proposed AGM agenda.

The agenda covers the usual, re-appointment of directors, how much they should get paid and to deliberate that "proposed acquisition" of their buddies at VCB Capital (lol).

but wait a minute ... they are appointing a new director  Simon Retter 

Who is Simon Retter ?

Mr Retter is a director at the ill-fated Paragon Diamonds Ltd, which up until recently was listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM (CASINO) until it got suspend from the exchange for running out of money and not being able to secure further financing or buyers for the company. Guess what ... all their shareholders got royally fucked over. Suspension notice for Paragon Diamonds - here

All we have to do now is take back the company that was blatantly stolen from the shareholders of Vasseti Zavarco.....should be easy huh ?....

Checking the AIM new and recent issues listing this morning and we find that ARIES TELECOMS PLC is not on the issues list for this Friday the 10th........

However the fight is far from over and it's more than likely been delayed while they scramble about covering up more of their bullshit fraud and lies to the exchange and the pathetically stupid listing adviser Strand Hanson. 

Until these wankers are either locked up or settle with the "honest" defrauded Zavarco PLC shareholders there will be no end.....

If Strand Hanson do not make a clear statement soon on whether or not they are to continue with the Aries Telecoms PLC listing, then I strongly suggest that all shareholders file complaints with the Financial Conduct Authority against Strand Hanson for negligence and compliance failures.....

Who needs compliance when you've got STRAND HANSON on your side.....

So yesterday the world learned, for the first time 2 very disticnt facts .......

1) The Zavarco PLC current board of directors and the real owners of Zavarco PLC who have now been identified as Open Fibre & Paneagle Holdings had a secret Malaysian high court consent order which basically said that company that everyone thought they were investing in was in fact just a shell company from the date the 23rd of July 2014 !!!

2) The STRAND HANSON Compliance Team clearly sucks total fucking ass !!!


So, as part of the Strand Hanson's compliance checks, did they go to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and check to see why Zavarco PLC had in fact not bothered to delist from the exchange from the 23rd of JULY 2014 ? ......  Nope !

In fact, does it now not appear very odd to Strand Hanson that the board of directors of Zavarco PLC in fact did not actually delist the company until the 22nd of May 2015, nearly a whole 10 months later ?? .....obviously not !!

How many other companies has Strand Hanson got a listing for that are as blatantly criminal as this lot have clearly been ???......... I think it's time for some people to think about resigning at Strand Hanson !!!
 
A very very quick summary,

The current board of directors of Zavarco PLC and it's real owners Open Fibre & Paneagle holdings completely violated their obligations to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the public and it's shareholders by deliberately concealing a consent order which said that "Accordingly, pursuant to a consent order made by the High Court of Kuala Lumpur dated 23 July 2014, the proposed acquisition of Aries Telecoms was effectively reversed such that Zavarco plc no longer has any interest in Aries Telecoms."

Expected first day of trading on the 10th of July 2015 !!  They've just finished fucking over the last lot of shareholders only 28 days ago and now they are trying it again in plain view of everyone....it defies belief......

I just can't stop laughing............

Today we wrote to Aries Telecoms PLC, we wanted to get comment from them on this latest move by them to be listed on the London AIM.

We wrote to two email addresses, that appear on both of their websites........

Time to write to the brokers and their listing advisers and see if they have done the correct due diligence on this fraud company.......
