WARNING !! V Telecoms Thailand advertises for a new CFO with IPO and stock market listing experience .....

V Telecoms Connexia Co.Ltd based in Thailand which is a subsidiary of the Zavarco PLC Group.  Are advertising for a new CFO and have stipulated in the below advert that the candidate for the position "must have IPO & Listing experience."

Important to also note the company has also gone through a name change to,

MERCURY TELECOMS LIMITED.

The contact for the advert is Mr Vinai Varanyananda and he is still a serving director at Zavarco PLC.

SHAREHOLDERS, PLEASE BE VIGILANT THEY MAY BE ATTEMPTING TO LIST THE COMPANY AGAIN .....

Vertu Capital Ltd.......we are emailing you but you don't answer ......

Vertu Capital Ltd is the latest venture from William Du aka Kiat Wai Du. William is currently a director at Aries Telecoms Berhad (fka V Telecoms Berhad) which until recently was part of the Vasseti Zavarco Group which was subsequently stolen from the Vasseti Zavarco group using a sham Malaysian high court consent order. He is also the founder of the V Telecoms fund known as the Ingenious Growth Fund and is a current serving director at Rapidcloud International PLC, another London Stock Exchange listed company.

Our last blog post centered around the introduction to this new venture by William. So just to quickly summarize, Vertu Capital Limited has basically been setup to buy another company in the financial services sector and according to the prospectus they've set 2 years from admission to complete this task. 

So what they are currently doing with investors money while they contemplate this acquisition is anybody's guess.......

It has been 8 months since the IPO of Vertu Capital Ltd and has there been any news or  any developments regarding the planned acquisition of a company in the financial services sector ? .

The answer is, NO

Apart from one its directors resigning, Darren Hopkins on the 24th of June 2015 there has not been a peep out of the company.

To try and understand a little more we emailed Investor Relations at Vertu Capital Ltd and asked a couple of questions, the first question we asked, 

July 7th, What is Vertu Capital Ltd relationship to Aries Telecoms PLC ? (Remember, William is a director at its subsidiary Aries Telecoms Berhad.) 

No Answer.

July 8th, We again repeated the question from July 7th.

No Answer.

July 9th, We asked if anybody was there ?

No Answer.

August 11th, We asked, It has been 7 months since the IPO of Vertu Capital LTD and is there any further news or developments regarding the planned acquisition of a company in the financial services sector ?

No Answer.

September 7th,  We asked the same question above with the only change to the question being "8 months since the IPO".

No Answer.

So far I'd say that's a pretty piss poor start to William Du's new venture, Vertu Capital Ltd. We will keep you posted on any further developments.

Aries Telecoms PLC goes live with Aries Telecoms.co.uk.....

Aries Telecoms.co.uk went live yesterday with their new UK website for ARIES TELECOMS PLC. We have checked companies house in the UK and it appears that ARIES TELECOMS PLC has not been formed as a UK company, despite what their website states.

It has been alleged that Zavarco PLC (formally know as Vasseti UK PLC) is being STOLEN !!!.......Did you just say STOLEN !!!.........Yes, you read that correctly I SAID STOLEN !!!

The current board of directors have apparently hatched a very devious plan to steal a public listed group of companies out of the hands of the current shareholders and then in full view of the entire world, rebrand the company as ARIES TELECOMS PLC and then float it again with a brand new IPO on the London Stock Exchange (No....I not making this up this is the "official story" they are running with).

We would like to invite you to come forward and make a statement for our blog.

Would you please care to comment on these allegations of "theft of an entire group of companies" and "shareholder fraud" that have been made against you ?

The reason I ask of course, is that we, your worried sick shareholders have our own families and children to feed, and you retards are clearly taking great delight in flushing peoples lives down a dirty great big toilet, probably because your mentally unstable and suffer from some obscure sexually transmitted disease that melts the rational part of your brain. 

Not to worry we have the correct treatment for you which comes in a bottle labelled PRISON. Take comfort in knowing that you will spend the next 7 - 10 years of your shallow little lives being anally force fed your prison buddies cock........6 times daily.

Ladies and Gentlemen this is just a charade of epic proportions, nothing more nothing less, all designed to create mass confusion and chaos, all at the expense of the shareholder.....We have good reason to believe that these websites are being uploaded on purpose for us to find so that we will report this ridiculous story of a mentally unstable board of directors stealing a group of companies, all in full view of the entire world. 

Ask your self this question does it really make any sense ?

Again, PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG, come forward don't be shy and supply us with your evidence.....and show us exactly what is really going on here.......RR.
