Who is Simon Retter ?
Mr Retter is a director at the ill-fated Paragon Diamonds Ltd, which up until recently was listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM (CASINO) until it got suspend from the exchange for running out of money and not being able to secure further financing or buyers for the company.
