"9th of November 2011, the Vasseti Group buys 51% of HD Technology SDN BHD , for RM15.5 Million (3.1 Millon GBP approx). HDT is primarily involved in the Information Technology industry and has been granted the rights for the distribution of Huawei products and is the Enterprise authorized distributor for Malaysia and other territories."
OK, so at the end of 2011 The Vasseti Zavarco group buys a controlling stake in this hardware company (HDT) and we will assume for a brief minute that the company is bought to replace Vasseti Datatech, another subsidiary company of the Vasseti Zavarco that did absolutely nothing and was dropped from the group in 2012 according to the financial statements.
So they appear to have no problems during 2012 with HDT, however after checking the financial report for the company at Malaysian companies register, we find that it made a profit for the year end 2011 of RM1.6 Million (good) and then suddenly at year end 2012 it's making a loss of RM1 Million (bad) and it's revenue for that same period is now down from RM16.5 Million to RM 6 Million (again bad).
So here we have a company happily trading since 2005 which is then bought up by Vasseti Zavarco group at the end of 2011, they appear to get 1 year out of the company (despite it making a loss) before they lose complete control and the company that has been trading for 7 years just disappears and never files another set of accounts ever again ??? Is this normal ???
IMO, this was just another method of sucking out more money, pure and simple...prove me wrong......please !!!!!
Just to note, both email and telephone are out of service and I found this little fact the Chairman of the company was a Dato' Mohamad Taufik Haji Omar and funny enough he was also or still is a Director at Vasseti Zavarco Berhad.
The Vasseti Group was sold to investors as an opportunity rarely seen since the likes of Microsoft. Sold to investors as a premier group of companies made up of mergers & acquisitions, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Ex. and backed by Tan Sri Syed Yusof Nasir, what could possibly go wrong... The reality turned out to be very different. Theft, fraud, deceit, lies and unimaginable greed, eventually led to all investors losing their entire investment.
