Roslina Binti Ibrahim CFO/Executive Director to Aries Telecoms PLC....hold on a minute that's not all she's been a director of.....Part 3

So, according to Roslina's bio from the Aries Telecoms PLC website. She joined VCB Capital Malaysia during 2007. Here are her license details and because she works in a regulated part of the financial industry she is well versed in what is right and wrong.....ergo, "Roslina you should definitely know better......"

Below, is a screenshot from the VCB Capital website showing Roslina as CEO of VCB Capital Malaysia....

We should take care to note that, VCB Capital plays a particularly significant part in raising funds from private investors for V Telecoms-Vasseti during 2009 and 2010. Now, this is all clearly done under the watchful eye of Roslina the CEO of VCB Capital and don't forget Roslina goes on to become a director at V Telecoms Berhad during October 2013 and then steps onto the board of directors at Vasseti Zavarco PLC during November 2013, but in her Aries Telecoms PLC bio she conveniently neglects to mention any of this.....

Also mentioned on the VCB Capital website is Shailen Gajera aka Shailen Popatlal. Shailen was the chief technical officer for Paneagle Holdings and if you go back and check the 2012 UK companies house annual return for Vasseti Zavarco PLC, Paneagle Holdings is also reported to have been a majority shareholder in Vasseti Zavarco PLC. OK, as long as you don't suffer from dementia then you will have quickly realized that Paneagle Holdings also has a mentioned interest in the LSE schedule 1 announcement for Aries Telecoms PLC.

Moving on so keep up, if we dig a little deeper we find that during 2009 and 2010, VCB Capital has a couple of other partners to actively help raise funds from outside investors for V Telecoms-Vasseti. They were the Ingenious Haus Group and SJ Securities Berhad. How do we know this ? well,  Kiat Wai Du aka William Du the founder of the Ingenious Haus Group in Malaysia launches the Ingenious Growth Fund at the tail end of 2009 and you can read all about it here.

 Here's his "executive overview" bit......

"The purpose of this Executive Overview is to provide an insight of Ingenious Growth Berhad (the “Fund”), Ingenious Haus Sdn Bhd (the “Manager”) and V Telecoms Berhad (“V Telecoms”). The Fund is a special purpose private equity fund formed in July 2009 to raise capital of RM50 million to provide equity financing to V Telecoms. The Fund is a registered venture capital corporation under the authority of Securities Commission of Malaysia. Our Fund’s primary objective is to invest in V Telecoms, a high growth telecommunication company with the objective of achieving consistent returns and long-term capital gains for its investors"

and it goes on to talk about how rich it can make you if you decide to invest.....fast forward 5 years and WTF HAPPENED WILLIAM ???

Mr Du, also goes on to do a launch night and a "show me the money" opening speech for the fund which you can read here, during the speech you will read he also thanks his partner VCB Capital.

William Du was also head of Investor relations for Vasseti Zavarco PLC, he is also a non-executive director for the London Stock Exchange listed company RapidCloud International PLC and just recently we learned he is also a director of the newly listed London Stock Exchange company Vertu Capital Ltd.
