The Edge Malaysia drags Zavarco PLC into the media spotlight.......

Dear Zavarco shareholders,

The Edge Malaysia has printed a full page article titled "Shareholder dispute at Zavarco" the article has been penned by Jose Barrock who is the associate editor at The Edge Malaysia.

The Edge recently suffered a setback after its publication license was suspend by the Malaysian government for uncovering serious fraud and corruption within 1MDB, but they fight on exposing corruption and fraud in their digital publication.

It's a positive step that media is taking a solid interest in this fraud and theft that has befell the shareholders of Zavarco and I have a feeling that this will not be the last article on this  either.

Roslina Binti Ibrahim CFO/Executive Director to Aries Telecoms PLC....hold on a minute that's not all she's been a director of.....Part 1

Roslina Binti Ibrahim is the new CFO/Executive Director for Aries Telecoms PLC.

Here is her BIO straight from the horses mouth.....

Roslina you forgot to mention in your BIO that you were also a Director of Zavarco PLC (fka Vasseti (UK) PLC) from November 2013 until July 2014.....only 7 months ???

Also note, in the BIO it states that she joined VCB Capital Malaysia during 2007 and then went on to Aries Telecoms late 2013, but it wasn't called Aries Telecoms back then it was called V Telecoms. Why are you so concerned about hiding the name V Telecoms ??

Roslina also signed off on the Zavarco PLC 2013 accounts and I am not sure if it's just me..... but a lot of other strange filings started to occur right after Roslina resigns ???? We must dig further.....

Roslina is also a director for another UK PLC company called VCB (UK) PLC (you guys really like the letter V don't you) not only is she the director but she is also a 50% shareholder of that company as well.......

It must be a coincidence but VCB (UK) PLC is registered at the exact same address that Zavarco PLC just moved out of. They also share the exact same company secretary that Zavarco PLC was using up until 2 weeks ago.....it just seems all very connected......
