VTelecoms.com.my & VTelecoms.com sites are currently down. It makes no difference really, because none of the telephone numbers and contact email addresses on both of the sites were actually working to begin with. 

We find it astonishing how they actually managed to get any sales for the company, when you just simply could not get in touch with them. Anyway who needs sales when you've got shareholders piling in the cash.

You have to laugh at the "If you need to you can always contact us" part.....and guess what....it doesn't work....LOL.

Aries Telecoms PLC goes live with Aries Telecoms.co.uk.....

Aries Telecoms.co.uk went live yesterday with their new UK website for ARIES TELECOMS PLC. We have checked companies house in the UK and it appears that ARIES TELECOMS PLC has not been formed as a UK company, despite what their website states.

It has been alleged that Zavarco PLC (formally know as Vasseti UK PLC) is being STOLEN !!!.......Did you just say STOLEN !!!.........Yes, you read that correctly I SAID STOLEN !!!

The current board of directors have apparently hatched a very devious plan to steal a public listed group of companies out of the hands of the current shareholders and then in full view of the entire world, rebrand the company as ARIES TELECOMS PLC and then float it again with a brand new IPO on the London Stock Exchange (No....I not making this up this is the "official story" they are running with). 

So,

To the Board of Directors at Zavarco PLC,

We would like to invite you to come forward and make a statement for our blog.

Would you please care to comment on these allegations of "theft of an entire group of companies" and "shareholder fraud" that have been made against you ?

The reason I ask of course, is that we, your worried sick shareholders have our own families and children to feed, and you retards are clearly taking great delight in flushing peoples lives down a dirty great big toilet, probably because your mentally unstable and suffer from some obscure sexually transmitted disease that melts the rational part of your brain. 

Not to worry we have the correct treatment for you which comes in a bottle labelled PRISON. Take comfort in knowing that you will spend the next 7 - 10 years of your shallow little lives being anally force fed your prison buddies cock........6 times daily.

Ladies and Gentlemen this is just a charade of epic proportions, nothing more nothing less, all designed to create mass confusion and chaos, all at the expense of the shareholder.....We have good reason to believe that these websites are being uploaded on purpose for us to find so that we will report this ridiculous story of a mentally unstable board of directors stealing a group of companies, all in full view of the entire world. 

Ask your self this question does it really make any sense ?

Again, PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG, come forward don't be shy and supply us with your evidence.....and show us exactly what is really going on here.......RR.

We have got a busy week this week........but first.

Kicking the week off, we start with Zavarco PLC (formally known as Vasseti UK PLC) finally updating their brand new registered office details with Companies House in the UK and also note they have appointed a new company secretary as well.........Why ? What was wrong with the last one ? Did the last company secretary say something like "F*ck that, this lot are running a scam quick resign before we get dragged into it".... I'm just thinking out loud.

Zavarco PLC changes its registered office address on its website and appears to forget to tell companies house in the UK.

It doesn't matter because they are Zavarco PLC and they write their own rules........

It's just plain old SHAREHOLDER FRAUD !!!

It's the last trading day for Vasseti Zavarco as they pull the plug on their current listing on the FSE. 

Why are they doing it again ?  Well let's look back at their 5 bonkers mad reasons.....

• The Board has detected some irregularities in the financial management of the company.
• Total smoke screen, it really took almost 4 years to work this out ?

• The alleged wrongful issue of some shares by the company to the shareholders

•  Another total smoke screen, again see above ....

• Trading of the shares is negligible

• If this is true then it's purely the fault of the company because they have been trying to hide it since the beginning of 2014....

• The company has not generated any meaningful income to sustain operations.

• Complete falsehood, unless they have been submitting fraudulent accounts and they have also completely lied about the VSAN network then how can it not make any money ?

•  Annual listing costs amounting to Euro 38,000 are burdensome and disproportionate

• No Comment, just look at the Financial Times article for ARIES TELECOMS looking at a London IPO.

Seven good words to describe the current Board of Directors, Spineless Fraudulent Wankers With Infinitesimally Small Dicks........
