Back in 2009....Ingenious Haus has an Ingenious idea for a fund with V Telecoms..

12th of December 2009, Kiat Wai Du aka William Du is center stage at the launch of his Ingenious Growth Fund. The fund is invested in the telecommunications sector and the body of the fund is none other than V Telecoms Berhad...the stage is set and the deal is done....

See the chap circled in yellow in the pictures above, that's none other than Mr Zulizman Zainal Abidin, remember he is the Malaysian business man from the Financial Times article.

 "Aries is owned by a holding company controlled by Zulizman Zainal Abidin, a Malaysian businessman."

and here's a snippet again from the Aries Telecoms PLC Schedule 1 from the LSE,

"Vertu Capital Limited is a company wholly owned by Open Fibre Sdn Berhad ("Open Fibre") (91 per cent. interest) and Paneagle Holdings Berhad ("Paneagle") (9 per cent. interest) which are controlled by Zulizman Zainal Abidin. Open Fibre has issued convertible preference shares to a number of individuals and institutions which are clients of a regulated financial services firm in Malaysia (the "Preference Shares"). In the event that all of the Preference Shares are converted after admission, it would result in Zulizman Zainal Abidin holding a beneficial interest in Aries of TBC per cent., assuming no further issues of equity in either of Aries, Open Fibre or Paneagle following admission."

So, 6 months after the launch of the Ingenious Growth Fund and William Du joins V Telecoms as a non-executive director and according to his LinkedIn bio he's still a director......I wonder if William knows its been changed to Aries Telecoms ?

A proud day....the Vasseti IPO in Frankfurt....on the left William Du pictured with Tan Sri Syed Mohd Yusof bin Tun Syed Nasir the Malaysian Billionaire, remember he bought a whopping 30% stake in Vasseti Zavarco, no wonder Mr Du is smiling...........

Fast forward to the 20th of April 2012 and William Du holds a presentation on "Private Equity Demystified" his presentation shows his current Funds under his management during 2012.

We are hoping to reach out to Mr Du and the questions are simple....

What became of your Ingenious Growth Fund with V Telecoms ?

Did you and your investors get completely defrauded like the rest of us shareholders ?

This is exactly what I am talking about......

Here is a screenshot from yesterday of the Zavarco PLC website. As you can see it clearly shows the structure of the group with it's subsidiaries in their rightful place......so the public were viewing this and making stock buy decisions based on the information from their very own website.......

When were they planning on telling everyone that V Telecoms (nka Aries Telecoms) was no longer part of the Group.....they were just having too much "fun" collecting money from the public..........total theft and fraud !!!

STOCK FRAUD !!!!

Update, we are notifying the BaFin investigators of this Malaysian high court consent order that was deliberately concealed from not only the Zavarco shareholders but also from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the public.......we will keep you posted.

Day 5 of the Vasseti Zavarco Trading Suspension.....still no credible answers...

Rumor has it Vasseti Zavarco PLC requested to be delisted from the FSE, but the FSE has rumored to have made a decesicion that an investigation needs to be carried out ........just a rumor.

All this just before an AGM as well .........how odd ?????

A voluntary delisting could be on the cards.........

We have had some opinions from our colleagues and they are of the opinion that with Vasseti Zavarco appearing in the UK Chancery Division Court Roll yesterday coupled with the their recent suspension from the FSE it is highly possible that they have requested a voluntary delisting from the FSE.

Important note to all shareholders if this does indeed become the case then I strongly urge that all shareholders immediately take professional and legal advice on this matter now without delay. You need the experts to tell you where you stand from a shareholder point of view.

A voluntary delisting "going dark" could be just what Zavarco wants right now........Taking into account their recent very questionable trading history and the highly questionable share swap with a Director and majority shareholder of Vasseti Mr R.S.Sidu and his friends at Questus Global Capital Markets......which we are still investigating, this and a great deal many more questions need answered over this deal and the coincidental crash of the Vasseti Zavarco stock price not to mention that very discreet and totally unmentioned name change from the big brand Vasseti name to the unheard of Zavarco........what were or are they trying to hide from ????

Shareholders be warned.......

Is it not also a coincidence that this all is happening right before an AGM as well ????

Zavarco Plc Suspension news update from the FSE

Update on the Zavarco trading suspension we are grateful to have received this latest new from the FSE.

"The stock ZAVARCO PLC has been suspended from trading with effect from
09.04.2015 until further notice.
