A voluntary delisting could be on the cards.........

We have had some opinions from our colleagues and they are of the opinion that with Vasseti Zavarco appearing in the UK Chancery Division Court Roll yesterday coupled with the their recent suspension from the FSE it is highly possible that they have requested a voluntary delisting from the FSE.

Important note to all shareholders if this does indeed become the case then I strongly urge that all shareholders immediately take professional and legal advice on this matter now without delay. You need the experts to tell you where you stand from a shareholder point of view.

A voluntary delisting "going dark" could be just what Zavarco wants right now........Taking into account their recent very questionable trading history and the highly questionable share swap with a Director and majority shareholder of Vasseti Mr R.S.Sidu and his friends at Questus Global Capital Markets......which we are still investigating, this and a great deal many more questions need answered over this deal and the coincidental crash of the Vasseti Zavarco stock price not to mention that very discreet and totally unmentioned name change from the big brand Vasseti name to the unheard of Zavarco........what were or are they trying to hide from ????

Shareholders be warned.......

Is it not also a coincidence that this all is happening right before an AGM as well ????

Zavarco PLC update.......possibly another bad sign

Reviewing the daily courts lists at the Justice website we find that Zavarco PLC now appears in the Companies Court list under the Chancery Division "In the matter of Zavarco PLC"

To all shareholders this is not a very good sign at all and without further information which we are trying to obtain we will not speculate on this recent move but all shareholders should know that this court does deal with the insolvency of companies. We are not suggesting that this is what is happening at this time but shareholders need to be aware of this next move from Zavarco PLC.
