Reviewing the daily courts lists at the Justice website we find that Zavarco PLC now appears in the Companies Court list under the Chancery Division "

To all shareholders this is not a very good sign at all and without further information which we are trying to obtain we will not speculate on this recent move but all shareholders should know that this court does deal with the insolvency of companies. We are not suggesting that this is what is happening at this time but shareholders need to be aware of this next move from Zavarco PLC.
