We are very grateful to have been sent this link to Zavarco PLC AGM announcement in the UK Gazette....
Zavarco announced on their website that the AGM was to be held in Kuala Lumpur June 2015.......Guess what.....that was a lie as well, because as you can read in this announcement from the UK Gazette, the AGM was to be originaly held in the UK on the 16th of April at Danesfield House Hotel, but it has now been postponed until the 19th of May 2015 at the same location.
So it's plain to see that this has been a cover up as well........by announcing to the shareholders that the AGM was in KL when it was in fact to be held in the UK.....all done to completely deceive the shareholders.......again.
Looking at the Vasseti Zavarco website tonight, I would have thought that they would have made that special effort to change their countdown timer to show the delist of the company.............you know.....26 days..blah hrs..blah mins..blah secs.
You have to think to yourself, that whoever made the decision to stop talking to the shareholders and then delist the company was probably born without a set of testicles anyway.......I mean is stands to reason....does it not...
Look at all that effort spent bringing on Investors and their money, and then they spend more investors money to list the company on the exchange, so that they can then raise even more money from the public, but when the shareholders want an update because they ain't heard a peep since 2013 amongst the mass news of odd dealings and downright piss poor management............then its just f**k you.
What did we really expect from a bunch of wannabe Richard Branson retards .............see you tomorrow......

Found this link to Vasseti Berhad Financial Statements ending 31st December 2010 before they became the mighty PLC 2011, if anybody is interested.
I have quickly thumbed through it, you can see the company was formed early 2010 and a note of the original directors is shown there as well.....
"Vasseti a decade of mergers and acquisitions" I wonder which dickhead thought that up when the company was formed in 2010.........
Aries Telecoms Berhad the new name for VTelecoms Berhad which is a subsidiary of the Zavarco group PLC the new name for the Vasseti Group PLC.......I'm struggling.....is now recruiting ....so if you fancy a job with a company that changes its name on a weekly basis....this is for you !!

WTF.......I have to admit that these guys never ever fail to surprise me......I also have to admit that when we were sent the link for the new IPO, I personally fell into hysterical laughter, not because I find this amusing, on the contrary, I find this deeply distressing as the company is either controlled by total lunatics or a Malaysian kindergarten which are holding private and public investors money ..........
How can you f**k it up so much........???? It almost seems deliberate now.......I am just f***king speechless at this next move from Zavarco, Vasseti, VTelecoms, Aries.........my god what the f**k do I call them ??
