ARIES TELECOMS PLC......oops it's a 404 again !!!

Thanks for emails telling us the link is down to the Aries Telecoms Directors Bio page......we can assure you it was working about an hour ago. Perhaps they are updating it to tell the truth....

Not to worry we screen captured everything........

Roslina Binti Ibrahim CFO/Executive Director to Aries Telecoms PLC....hold on a minute that's not all she's been a director of.....Part 1

Roslina Binti Ibrahim is the new CFO/Executive Director for Aries Telecoms PLC.

Here is her BIO straight from the horses mouth.....

Roslina you forgot to mention in your BIO that you were also a Director of Zavarco PLC (fka Vasseti (UK) PLC) from November 2013 until July 2014.....only 7 months ???

Also note, in the BIO it states that she joined VCB Capital Malaysia during 2007 and then went on to Aries Telecoms late 2013, but it wasn't called Aries Telecoms back then it was called V Telecoms. Why are you so concerned about hiding the name V Telecoms ??

Roslina also signed off on the Zavarco PLC 2013 accounts and I am not sure if it's just me..... but a lot of other strange filings started to occur right after Roslina resigns ???? We must dig further.....

Roslina is also a director for another UK PLC company called VCB (UK) PLC (you guys really like the letter V don't you) not only is she the director but she is also a 50% shareholder of that company as well.......

It must be a coincidence but VCB (UK) PLC is registered at the exact same address that Zavarco PLC just moved out of. They also share the exact same company secretary that Zavarco PLC was using up until 2 weeks ago.....it just seems all very connected......

Let's expose these vile rats that take the food off the family table.......

So who else is behind this blatantly organized theft and fraud ?

It's very hard to believe that this new board of directors know absolutely nothing about this, perhaps they will come forward and give their side of the story......

So, to kick things off we have Mr Wong Chee Keong and he is now serving as a Non-Executive Director at Aries Telecoms PLC.

Mr WCK is part of the new Audit Committee for Aries Telecoms PLC.

The Aries Telecoms PLC Audit Committee’s responsibilities include making recommendations to the Board on the appointment of the Company’s auditors, approving the auditor’s fees, reviewing the findings of the audit and monitoring and reviewing effectiveness of the Company’s internal audit function. The Audit Committee will also be responsible for monitoring the integrity of the financial statements of the Company, including its annual and half yearly reports and interim management statements. 

Well, Mr WCK you really want to start your first audit and find out what the hell is going on !!

Mr Wong Chee Keong is also a currently serving Executive Director at Silver Ridge Holdings Malaysia as well.....isn't that exciting.....

A question for Mr WCK, would you care to comment on this recent blatant act of theft and fraud which has befell the shareholders of Zavarco PLC ?

Reading his BIO he is clearly the man for the job with 30 years telco experience, hardly a last minute decision......don't you think !!

Well, we took the advice from Strand Hanson and went direct to Zavarco PLC for the consent order ......

Strand Hanson advised us by saying,  "Accordingly, I would direct you towards the directors of Zavarco plc if you have any further concerns or queries regarding the ownership of Aries Telecoms." Yours sincerely‎ James Spinney Director of Corporate Finance Strand Hanson Limited So, we wrote to Investor Relations at Zavarco PLC and Teoh Hock Peng a Director at Zavarco PLC and asked them straight out for a copy of the consent order which nobody has seen except Strand Hanson their new listing adviser. If this Malaysian High Court Consent order is so well known.....then how come we can't get or find a copy ???

Can anyone send us a copy of this Malaysian High Court Consent Order dated 23rd July 2014 ???
 
"Accordingly, pursuant to a consent order made by the High Court of Kuala Lumpur dated 23 July 2014, the proposed acquisition of Aries Telecoms was effectively reversed such that Zavarco plc no longer has any interest in Aries Telecoms. Zavarco plc was a party to that judgement and has complied with its terms."

This is exactly what I am talking about......

Here is a screenshot from yesterday of the Zavarco PLC website. As you can see it clearly shows the structure of the group with it's subsidiaries in their rightful place......so the public were viewing this and making stock buy decisions based on the information from their very own website.......

When were they planning on telling everyone that V Telecoms (nka Aries Telecoms) was no longer part of the Group.....they were just having too much "fun" collecting money from the public..........total theft and fraud !!!

STOCK FRAUD !!!!

Update, we are notifying the BaFin investigators of this Malaysian high court consent order that was deliberately concealed from not only the Zavarco shareholders but also from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the public.......we will keep you posted.
